Litchfield Waterfalls One Day Tour

Our one day tour departs 5/4 Durand Crt Coconut Grove at 07:30 Saturdays and Sundays during the Dry Season (May to November ) tours available out of season on application.

This tour takes you around East Point Reserve, Charles Dawrin National Park then onto Litchfield National Park via Berry Springs Nature Reserve. 

East Point is rich in WWII history and Charles Darwin National Park has national significance for its ecological diversity, its Indiginous heritage and WWII history, there is also viewing platforms that provide sweeping views of the Darwin Skyline. We head down the Stuart Highway past the old WWII runways to Berry Springs, where we can visit historical ruins, and see the local bird and wildlife. There is also a wonderful swiming lagoon to cool off in. (Note: swimming may closed at short notice for safety reasons). We then head out to Litchfield where we visit the ruins at Blyth Homestead and Bamboo Creek, see the  Magnetic Termite Mounds and the Lost City Rock formations. There is another opportunity to go for a relaxing swim at Buley Rockhole or Wangi Falls. We arrive back at Southern Cross's Depot at 4.30

Lunch is provided at the Batchelor Pub and drinks and snacks are provided.

Cost per person $275.00 (includes motorbike hire)

If you don't ride a motorbike we also offer this tour as a pillion tour. - we can arrange to pick you up from your accommodation. $375.00 per person
